We have an important announcement! In April 2025, Phoenix Sweets Cakery will adjust its operations as we embark on an exciting business trip to further enhance our offerings and skills. Here’s what you need to know about how we’ll be serving you during this special month:

Online Pre-Orders Only: While our kitchen stays busier than ever baking your favourites, we’ll only be accepting online pre-orders with in-store pickup.

Walk-in & Dine-in Services Paused: Unfortunately, we can't offer walk-in purchases or dine-in services (including High Tea booking) during this period. So please place your order 1-2 weeks in advance to ensure your sweet treats are ready for your celebration.

Limited Cake Designs: While we’ll have a smaller selection of cake designs available, most of your go-to favourites will still be here to sweeten your special moments.

Don’t Miss Out! Due to our limited capacity, we encourage you to place your orders as early as possible. Once all slots are booked, we won't be able to accept additional requests.
