Founder and Cake Artist - Phoenix HUI

Stations in Australia since 2022, Phoenix had been a enthusiastic amature baker sharing her works online.  At 2012, she started her baking business online, opened several cake gallery stores in prominent heritage and commercial locations in Hong Kong including Tai Kwun, Central, PMQ, Sheung Wan, Fashion Walk, Causeway Bay and MOKO, Mong Kok.  In 2022, she moved to Adelaide with her family and opened her first Australia store in Unley SA 5061. 

Phoenix focuses to develop her craftsmanship in the edible art industry.  Each piece of cake made by the Phoenix Sweets bakery is more than just a piece of eye candy.  She is devoted to explore and experiment the limitless possibility of best ingredients and her renowned artistic style.
