Dear dessert lovers, we have some sweet updates! From September, our schedule is changing so we can dedicate even more time to creating your unforgettable pre-orders and signature desserts. Here’s what’s new:
Walk-in & Dine-in Days — Join us Fridays and Saturdays for our indulgent High Tea experience or Paint Your Own Cake, plus enjoy specialty drinks, coffee, and delicate sweet treats in our cosy boutique space. Closed Days — We’ll be closed on Sundays and Mondays to rest, recharge, and prep for the week ahead. Order Pick-up & Delivery — Available Tuesday to Saturday for all pre-orders. Pre-order Online —• For standard cakes & treats: Please book 1–2 weeks in advance
• For fully customised designs: Contact us 1 month ahead via our website or email.
Text & Email Enquiries — While we’re busy baking, we may not be able to answer the phone or manage walk-in enquiries quickly — texting or emailing will help us respond promptly.From our beginnings in Hong Kong in 2012 to our home in Adelaide, Phoenix Sweets has been known for artistic flair, intricate craftsmanship, and flavours that linger in your memory. Important — September to December 2025 is already filling up fast! Once fully booked, we won’t be able to take on additional orders, so please secure your date early.
