It offers a fulfilling, rich flavour beautifully balanced with egg, butter, and quality flour.

• The Gourmet Filling: Layered inside are juicy, hand-cut fresh seasonal grape slices, our signature silk-smooth decadent fresh cream, topped with a layer of refreshing lemon curd.

• The Finish: The entire cake is coated beautifully in our velvety fresh cream, providing a sophisticated, light, and "less sweet" finish that naturally showcases the ingredients without relying on heavy sugar.

• Allergy Advice: We pride ourselves on using high-quality natural ingredients. However, please note that our kitchen regularly handles nuts, eggs, dairy, and gluten. We are not a certified gluten-free or nut-free kitchen.

• Collection & Delivery: To preserve the pristine, delicate nature of our fresh mascarpone cream, in-store pickup from our Unley boutique is highly recommended. Safe metro-wide delivery across Adelaide is also available at checkout.
