To enjoy your Phoenix Sweets creation at its absolute best:

  1. Refrigerate Immediately: Ensure someone is home between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM to receive the delivery and place the cake box straight into the fridge.

  2. Rest for 3 Hours Before Serving: Always take your buttercream cake out of the fridge (keeping it inside its box) 3 hours before cutting. At room temperature (~20°C), our meringue-based buttercream softens into a silky, melt-in-your-mouth texture and the Victoria sponge reaches its peak flavour.
