The flavour of the surface butter cream is Vanilla.  For the Victoria Sponge cake flavour inside, you may choose from:

• Vanilla (layered with mixed berries butter cream and mixed berries jam)
  
• Chocolate (layered with chocolate butter cream)
• +$10 - Earl Grey (layered with rose butter cream and mixed berries jam)

A fondant plate can be placed on the cake with maximum 20 English letters.

For this design, we are offering 2 sizes, i.e. 6" and 8" (diameter)*.    For corresponding suggested serving portions, please refer to the Serving Size And Cake Cutting Guide tab.

*The reference pictures on the product page is 4" or 5" diameter which we only offer at our Hong Kong branch.  The height to width ratio may look slight different.
