The Flavour Profile & Texture

At Phoenix Sweets, we break away from heavy mud cakes and overly sweet supermarket sponges. Our Merry Berries Cake features a delicate, moist Vanilla Victoria Sponge base—crafted with our unique Hong Kong heritage twist—layered with a silky smooth, "less sweet" mixed berries Swiss meringue buttercream and delicious chunks of real mixed berries.
