Select Your Flavor Profile: Every slab is carefully baked and generously layered with our artisan fillings. Choose from our curated selection:

• Classic Vanilla: Our signature Vanilla Victoria Sponge, elegantly layered with smooth mixed berries buttercream and a vibrant mixed berries jam.

• Rich Chocolate: A decadent Chocolate Victoria Sponge, perfectly balanced and layered with our velvety chocolate buttercream.

• Earl Grey & Rose (+$10.00 Premium): A sophisticated and fragrant Earl Grey infused sponge, layered with delicate rose buttercream and sweet mixed berries jam.

Sizing & Portions: Our slab cakes are built to a generous 4-layer height, mirroring the impressive stature of a standard tiered wedding cake.

• Half Slab (8" x 12"): Yields approximately 88 to 96 standard wedding coffee portions (1" x 1").

• Full Slab (12" x 16"): Yields approximately 176 to 192 standard wedding coffee portions (1" x 1"). (Note: If serving as the sole plated dessert, portion yields will be halved for larger 1" x 2" dessert slices).
